Sandra Bullock’s Longtime Partner Bryan Randall Dead

Bryan Randall, the longtime partner of Sandra Bullock, died on August 5 after a three-year battle with ALS. He was 57.

Randall’s family confirmed his death in a statement to PEOPLE. “It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bryan Randall on Aug 5 after his quiet fight against ALS for three years,” the statement said. “Bryan had chosen to keep his journey with ALS private, and those close to him respected his wish.”

The statement also thanked the medical professionals and nurses who cared for Randall during his illness. “We extend our heartfelt thanks to the tireless doctors who navigated the complexities of this illness alongside us, and to the remarkable nurses who stood by our side, often sacrificing their own time with their families to be with ours,” the statement said.

Randall was a professional photographer who met Bullock in 2015 while shooting her son Louis’s birthday party. They began dating shortly after and went on to have two children together.

Bullock has not yet commented publicly on Randall’s death. However, she spoke about their relationship in a 2021 episode of Red Table Talk, saying that he was the love of her life.

“I’ve found the love of my life,” she said. “We’re raising two beautiful children – well, three children, including Bryan’s older daughter. It’s the most incredible experience.”

Randall’s death is a tragedy for Bullock and his loved ones. He was a talented photographer and a loving father. He will be deeply missed.
